Oval Tutsi Basket

Thesel vintage, finely-woven Tutsi winnowing baskets from Rwanda are highly collectable, serving as decorative baskets or arranged together to create stunning wall art. They were originally used to separate grain from the husks; by shaking the basket the grain would sift through leaving behind the bigger husks.
