Do you offer shipping?
Due to the unique nature of our items, we do not offer
shipping services. All purchases must be picked up in-store. If you prefer to
have your order delivered to your home, you will need to arrange and manage the
shipping yourself.
Alofa will not be responsible for any associated charges or
damages incurred during this process.
If you decide to organize your own delivery, our staff will
take photos of the items before they are handed over to ensure their condition
is documented. Please note that we cannot assist with any damages that may
occur during your own delivery arrangements. These delivery arrangements are to
be made during business hours.
Return Policy
At Alofa, our products are predominantly handmade using
traditional methods and organic materials like reclaimed wood, teak, or are
antique items. This craftsmanship means that imperfections in finish, texture,
and color are inherent and part of the unique character of each item. These
natural imperfections are not considered defects, and as such, we do not accept
returns or offer refunds based on these characteristics.
